Hereford Medical Group has warned that patients may encounter longer call waits today due to high levels of staff sickness.
Patients calling Hereford Medical Group may struggle to get through or face a long wait on the phone due to staff sickness at the Station Medical Centre.
A spokesperson for Hereford Medical Group said:
“Patients may encounter longer call waits today, Tuesday 7th December, due to high levels of staff sickness.
“Please consider if you could contact the Practice in an alternative way. For example using an Online Consult form, a form on the HMG website or the NHS app. Thank you for your understanding.”
