West Mercia Police have this morning arrested a wanted man from Worcester who goaded police on social media by saying ‘catch me if you can’ on an appeal yesterday.
Anthony Russell Hannay also had links to Malvern and Hereford.
West Mercia Police said:
“Anthony Russell Hannay who was wanted on a recall to prison has been located by officers.
“Hannay, who is 33 years old, will now be returned to prison and we would like to thank the public for their support in sharing our appeal.”
