Gloucestershire Police are appealing for people in Stroud and Gloucester to check outbuildings, garages and sheds for a vulnerable 22-year-old man who has been missing since yesterday.
Thomas Sverdloff has been missing since leaving an address in Dudbridge Hill, Stroud, at around 6.40pm on Friday 12 February.
He was seen in an outbuilding near Moreton Valence at around 6am on Saturday, where officers believe he may have been sleeping. He was wearing a yellow knee-length hi-vis jacket and had a purple bike with him.
It is believed that Thomas may be heading towards the Gloucester area and could attempt to find shelter in an outbuilding again tonight (Saturday 13 February).
Officers are concerned for his welfare and are appealing for anybody with information to contact them.
Thomas is described as being 6ft 1in tall and of large build. He is also wearing a red short sleeved top, a dark blue hooded top covered by a green hoodie, blue jeans and brown shoes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 101, quoting incident 459 of 12 February.
