Hereford BID (Hereford Business Improvement District) has confirmed in documentation sent to BID members that there will be FREE parking available in Herefordshire Council car parks from 4pm, every Wednesday, from the 25th November until Christmas.
Due to COVID-19 regulations, the usual Christmas lights switch-on event has been postponed. We are led to believe that the Christmas lights will still be put up throughout the city centre and at the Old Market. Well we’ve still got to feel a bit festive, haven’t we?
The news will no doubt be welcomed by many retailers that have struggled in recent weeks, with the Christmas period likely to be even more critical than it normall is for all retailers.
