Frankie & Benny’s look set to permanently close Hereford restaurant.
Up to 3,000 jobs are at risk after one of the country’s biggest restaurant operators decided as many as 120 outlets will not reopen after lockdown.
The Restaurant Group, which owns Frankie & Benny’s and Garfunkels, has about 600 outlets across the UK, with about 22,000 workers on furlough.
It is understood that Frankie & Benny’s will bear the brunt of the closures.
