Four people were treated by West Midlands Ambulance Service paramedics following a collision on the A44 near Bromyard.
West Mercia Police and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service also attended the incident. One casualty had to be extricated from one of the vehicles involved after becoming trapped.
