Firefighters and Refuse workers in Hereford have been forced to do u-turns due to the Old Bridge closure. The image was captured by the owner of a business on Bridge Street.
The new measures were brought in to make Hereford a safer place for pedestrians and cyclists, according to Herefordshire Council.
