Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to a fire on Saturday evening involving a large pile of wood chip.
From Peterchurch Fire Station:
“26/07/25 22:15 rescue appliance called to reports of a fire in the open.
“On arrival a large pile of wood chip was smouldering so crews over several hours raked over nearly 30 tons and dampened down any hot spots.”
