Holly has been missing since Thursday evening and her family are desperate to hear from her.
There have been reports that Holly may have got into a car early on Friday morning.
Holly is understood to have blue streaks in her hair, and anyone in Herefordshire and the wider area is urged to look for her when out and about.
Thousands of people have already shared an appeal on Facebook.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact West Mercia Police on 101.
