Enjoyed the nice weather? Sorry, but things are about to change, significantly! Rain is on the way and we do need it, you only have to look at how low our local rivers, particularly the Wye, are currently.

Here’s what to expect this coming week with a forecast from Bryan from Herefordshire Weather Watch:

Monday:

Some heavy spells of rain through the early hours. This easing through the morning rush hour to leave a cloudy day with some brighter spells through the afternoon with the odd passing showers and highs of 16c.

Tuesday:

A dry start but soon turning wet with some rain and showers through the day. Winds picking up with 30mph gusts and highs of 14c.

Wednesday:

A bit of a better day. It will be mainly cloudy with sunny spells but remaining windy with highs of 14c.

Thursday:

A mixed day of cloud and sunshine with some showers which will turn heavy at times. Remaining windy with highs of 15c.

Friday:
