Emergency services are responding to reports of a collision tonight, with a road closure in place.
According to Gwent Police, Hereford Road near Abergavenny is closed due to a collision near where the road joins the A465 (Hereford to Abergavenny Road).
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
A spokesperson for Gwent Police said:
“Emergency services are dealing with a road traffic collision At the top of Hereford Road that connects to the A465.
“Diversions are in place which may cause congestion.
“Please avoid the area and find alternative routes for your journey.
“Thank you.”
