Emergency services are responding to an incident on the A465 (Hereford to Abergavenny Road) at Allensmore.
Two cars are believed to have been involved in a collision and West Mercia Police and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are both currently at the scene.
Motorists are advised to avoid the route for the time being.
