West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service are currently responding to a collision on the A49 (Dinmore Hill).
The collision is involving at least one vehicle, with one vehicle hitting one of the road signs near the junction for the A417 (Bodenham).
Traffic is still flowing but motorists are advised to use an alternative route if possible.
