West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service are responding to an incident in Hereford city centre this afternoon.
The incident appears to be on Commercial Street.
Gomond Street is currently blocked off to allow emergency services to deal with the incident.
Pedestrians are advised to avoid the area.
