Emergency services are responding to a serious collision this morning, with a major route closed in both directions.
The A49 is closed in both directions, between Leominster (OK Diner) and Woofferton (Ludlow) this morning.
The collision appears to have occurred in the village of Ashton, between Leominster and Ludlow.
West Mercia Police are advising motorists to use an alternative route.
West Midlands Ambulance Service are also at the scene.
Traffic is already building up in the area and on surrounding routes.
