The collision has occurred in Malvern, on the Worcester Road, at the junction with Pickersleigh Avenue.
The incident appears to involve two vehicles.
The road is closed in both directions.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service all attended the incident.
