Emergency services are responding to a collision on Edgar Street in Hereford this evening.
A car has hit the traffic lights at the junction with Blackfriars Street. The southbound carriageway is partially blocked but traffic is flowing well.
West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service are at the scene.
