Emergency services are currently responding to a collision on a major route in Herefordshire this evening.
The collision has occurred on the A44 at Bredenbury, between Leominster and Bromyard.
The road is blocked in both directions at present.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are in attendance.
