Emergency services are responding to a collision on a busy route linking Herefordshire with Wales this afternoon.
The incident has occurred on the A4137, in Marstow, close to the junction with the A40 (Symonds Yat to Monmouth).
West Mercia Police are at the scene. West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service also in attendance.
The road is partially blocked.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route for the time being.
