Emergency services are currently responding to a collision on the A438 (Hereford to Brecon Road) near Staunton-on-Wye this morning.
West Mercia Police are said to be in attendance at the incident and motorists are advised to use an alternative route if possible.
Traffic is backing up in both directions near the incident.
