Emergency services are currently responding to a collision in Hereford.
The collision has occurred on the A49 (Southbound) near the entrance to Tesco (Bewell Street).
West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service are in attendance.
The road remains open but one lane is blocked at present.
