Emergency services are responding to a collision between Hereford and Leominster this evening.
The collision has occurred on the A49 at Dinmore Hill.
West Mercia Police are at the scene.
The road remains open but is partially blocked on the Leominster side of the hill, close to the junction for the A417 (Bodenham).
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route if possible.
