Emergency services were called to a collision involving two vehicles earlier this afternoon.
The incident occurred in the Llangua area, close to the Welsh Border.
Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service say that they were on the scene at around 3.07pm.
Police and Ambulance also attended.
