West Mercia Police have confirmed that a man has died following an incident at a property in Hereford.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police told Your Herefordshire:

“Officers have entered the property on Westfield Street following the concern for a man’s welfare and sadly a 33-year-old man was found dead.

“We don’t believe any third-party involvement and a report is being prepared for the coroner.”

A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service told Your Herefordshire:

“We were called to a medical emergency at a private address off Grandstand Road in Hereford at 1.36pm.

“Two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham were sent to the scene with the first resource arriving in 8 minutes.

“On arrival, crews found a male patient and immediately began administering advanced life support but sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts, he could not be saved and was confirmed dead at the scene.”
