West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are all in attendance at the incident on the A438 (Hereford to Brecon Road) near Bridge Sollars.
The road is currently blocked and motorists are advised to use an alternative route for the time being.
