Emergency services have been called to a collision on a busy junction in Hereford this morning.
The incident has occurred on Station Approach, near Morrisons Supermarket.
West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service are in attendance.
The road is partially blocked and motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
