Emergency services have been called to a collision involving a HGV on a major route in Herefordshire this afternoon.
The collision has occurred on the A438 (Hereford to Brecon Road) between Staunton-on-Wye and Letton.
There are reports that a HGV has left the road and ended up in a ditch.
West Mercia Police are at the scene. The road is partially blocked.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
