Emergency services are responding to a collision on a busy route near Hereford this morning.
The collision has occurred on the A465 (Hereford to Abergavenny Road) at the Clehonger junction.
West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service are understood to be at the scene.
One vehicle is understood to have left the road.
The road remains open but motorists are advised to expect potential delays or to use an alternative route.
