Hereford Highways (Balfour Beatty Living Places) have confirmed that an emergency road closure will be in place on the A438 (Whitecross Road) in Hereford tonight.
The closure will be in place from 7.30pm until 6am tonight and tomorrow night (Thursday), near the junction for Vowles Close.
Welsh Water will be carrying out emergency repairs to covers and frames.
Diversions will be signposted.
