The Elan Valley Visitor Centre has put out a message this morning to advise people of what to expect prior to visiting. Here’s what they said:
- Car Parks are now all open, please park carefully and be respectful of other visitors
- A catering trailer ‘Y Gegin’ will be situated near the visitor centre serving hot and cold drinks and snacks.
- Limited toilet facilities available and hope to re-open more soon!
- Bike hire is now open for advance bookings
We have been working hard to make improvements to the visitor centre and are making preparations to open as soon as possible.
The Penbont remains closed but will update you on opening plans soon
Please use contactless payments where possible and book parking in advance via the website
Plan your visit safely in advance – check the website before you travel and respect residents, farmland and local communities.
