Latest figures released by Public Health England have shown that a further eight cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Herefordshire, taking the total number of cases of the virus reported in the county since the start of the pandemic to 6,739.

NHS England has reported 49 new COVID-19 related deaths. Last Sunday, NHS England reported 90 deaths.

No further COVID-19 related deaths have been recorded at hospitals in Herefordshire, with the total number of COVID-19 related deaths recorded at hospital in the county since the start of the pandemic remaining at 224.
