Dyfed-Powys Police officers near Brecon had a surprise when they stopped a motorist over the weekend.
Officers discovered that the motorist had no driving licence or insurance and had never passed a driving test, despite being eligible for more than 45 years.
The vehicle was seized and the driver reported.
