A driver has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a crash in Herefordshire this morning.
The driver was rescued by Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service crews from Kington and Eardisley.
The poorly maintained vehicle, alongside slippery road conditions and the being under the influence of drugs have resulted in what could’ve been a much worse outcome for the driver.
