A message from West Mercia Police:
Do you or someone you know own an E-Scooter? Did you know that they are illegal to ride anywhere other than Private Land?
E-Scooters are subject to all of the same legal requirements as a car. They need MOT, Tax and Insurance….you also need to have passed a CBT and have a provisional license to ride one.
Don’t get caught out riding one on the roads or pavements you could get a £300 fixed-penalty notice and, if you have one, six points on your driving licence.
