A doctors surgery in Herefordshire has sent a message to patients via social media, with  their phone lines being down meaning that patients are unable to contact the surgery.

In a post on Facebook, the Ledbury Health Partnership said:

“Please be aware that due to a technical issue with the company that provides our telephone system, we are unable to accept incoming telephone calls at the moment.

“We have been assured that they are doing everything they can to rectify this situation as quickly as they can, and we hope to have normal service resumed as soon as possible.

“We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.”
