Disabled parking spaces are currently unavailable on Broad Street in Hereford due to concerns over the structural safety of a building.
The canopy near NatWest bank on Broad Street in Hereford has been cordoned off since last week, when members of the public reported that a vehicle had hit the building. The cordoned off zone has since been increased, meaning that due to the number of large delivery vehicles and buses that access the road, a number of car park spaces have been temporarily lost.
The canopy is visibly damaged, with a crack down one side that joins to the main building. At present, no timescale on its repair has been published.
