UPDATE | The Old Bridge in Hereford is currently closed in both directions as police deal with an ongoing incident near the River Wye.
We’ve received a report from a member of the public who has told us that traffic is currently slow on the A49 in Hereford.
It is believed to be due to a police incident on Greyfriars Bridge.
West Mercia Police are said to on the scene and directing traffic. More soon. West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service are said to be on the Old Bridge.
