Hereford’s empty Debenhams unit is currently ‘under offer’ with a new tenant set to move in, in what could be a huge boost to the local economy.
Your Herefordshire confirmed earlier this autumn that tenants had shown an interest in taking on the 80,000 sq ft unit.
The unit now appears as ‘under offer’ on retail site Completely Retail.
