A couple had a surprise in Worcestershire yesterday, when police disturbed them down a quiet lane yesterday evening.
The pair were from two different households and were said to be travelling to Kidderminster for food.
Wyre Forest Police said:
“One couple we encountered parked in a car on a quiet road, have had a Valentines night they will never forget.
“Fixed Penalty Notices for breaching #COVID19 restrictions were given for being from separate households and travelling from Castle Bromwich and Smethwick to visit Clent together before heading to Kidderminster for food.
“Please follow the rules and maybe, instead, try using video call this #Valentines.”
