Emergency services remain on the scene of an incident in Hereford city centre this morning, following reports that a car hit a building during the early hours of this morning.

The incident is at the Tattoo Parlour on St Owen Street.

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service remain on the scene of the incident on St Owen Street in Hereford, with a number of local residents saying that a car hit the building at around 3am this morning, leading to concerns that the building could collapse due to the extent of the damage.

West Mercia Police were also at the scene at the time of the incident. We have approached both West Mercia Police and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service for further comment.

St Owen Street remains open, with the cordon in place on the footpath next to the shop.
