Concern has been shared on social media, after signs of drug use and syringes were discovered in a car park in Hereford.

Members of the public have discovered drug paraphernalia, as well as syringes and other items at Venns Close car park, just off Bath Street in Hereford.

Below are some images taken in the car park today.

The issue has been reported to Herefordshire Council / Balfour Beatty.

From Herefordshire Council:

Please do not touch any discarded needle or syringe.

If you find one somewhere public, such as in a street or park, call us immediately on 01432 261800.

We will arrange to have it quickly and safely removed.

If you find a syringe, needle or drug paraphernalia in the grounds of a school or other educational establishment, report it to the staff there. They are trained to safely dispose of these items.
