Police in Herefordshire have seized a car, after its owner was found to have an expired provisional licence.
Officers from Hereford Rural North SNT pulled the driver over and immediately found out the driver didn’t have the correct licence to be behind the wheel and therefore took the decision to seize the vehicle.
