A campaign has been launched for a footpath and bridge to be installed over the River Lugg at Lugwardine.
The team behind the campaign have shared their mission statement:
“Our mission is to build a footbridge alongside the current A438 (Ledbury Road) over the River Lugg at Lugwardine. The current bridge was built in the 17th century and is Grade II listed but most importantly of all there is no footpath and pedestrians have to their lives in their hands each time they cross by trying to avoid the traffic, including tractors, lorries, buses and much more.”
