The M5 is currently closed in both directions near Worcester due to a horse running loose in the carriageway.
West Mercia Police have confirmed that the M5 is closed in both directions at Junction 5. Teams are working to try and get the horse removed from the motorway as soon as possible.
Motorists are advised to expect significant delays for at least the next hour.
