Asda is doubling down on its commitment to unbeatable value by cutting prices on 1,500 family favourite products both in store and online.

This latest wave of Rollback price cuts means nearly 10,000 products—almost a third of Asda’s entire range—has been reduced in price since Asda brought back its iconic proposition at the end of January.

Customers will find price cuts across multiple categories, with some featured products reduced by up to 45%. Featured products include:

Allan Leighton, Asda’s Executive Chairman, said: “Last week we signalled again our absolute commitment to lowering prices for customers and today we’re further delivering on that promise. By rolling back prices on thousands more products we’re making it even easier for our customers to save. Nearly 10,000 products have now been rolled back and we will continue to invest in lowering prices across the rest of the year and beyond. “

Rollback has re-established Asda as the best value traditional supermarket for shoppers. This position was reflected in the Which? basket comparison for February, which showed that Asda was the cheapest traditional big four supermarket, even when competitor loyalty prices were included in the comparison.

In addition to the latest Rollback reductions, Asda recently announced an immediate 4p per litre cut on petrol and diesel across all Asda and Asda Express forecourts, further easing the cost-of-living burden for UK consumers.
