Asda has confirmed that it will be ending its partnership with Blue Light Card later this month.
In an update to customers, Asda said:
“Asda’s partnership with Blue Light Card is coming to an end on 27th May 2025.
“From 13th May 2025 11:00 Blue Light Card members will no longer be able to link their Blue Light Card Membership to their Asda Rewards Account.
“Any accounts linked before this date will continue to receive the exclusive member offer as detailed in the Terms & Conditions until 27th May 2025 23:59, at which point the offer will be removed.”
The Blue Light discount service is for members of the emergency services, NHS, social care sector, teaching community and armed forces.
The scheme exists to show appreciation for the Blue Light community, service and sacrifice.

Companies such as JD, Burger King, EE, Jet2Holidays and New Look continue to offer discounts using the Blue Light Card scheme.
