With just 10 weeks to go until Christmas, Asda has today revealed the exact date shoppers can pre-book their festive food deliveries.
From Tuesday 15th October Asda Delivery Pass customers will be able to book a delivery or click and collect slot online at Asda.com or via the Asda app. All other Asda customers will be able to reserve their slot from 22nd October – meaning some savvy shoppers will have their deliveries organised more than two months in advance of the ‘Big Day’.
This news comes as searches for Christmas on Asda.com continue to rise. This week, online searches are up 27% compared to the same period in 2023, meaning shoppers are looking to get into the festive spirit earlier than ever before.
Over one million home delivery and click and collect slots will be available in the week leading up to Christmas. Ticking off the all-important Christmas ‘big shop’, complete with all the trimmings.
Asda’s 540-product strong range caters to shoppers’ every need when it comes to stocking up for the celebrations this December, from starters, mains and desserts for Christmas dinner, to party food bites and ‘Twixmas indulgences.
When it comes to the main event, shoppers are spoilt for choice, with brand-new lines including the Exceptional Slow Cooked Beef Shin and the Exceptional Welsh Lamb Shoulder With Fig, Whiskey ad Spiced Honey stuffing.
For the after-dinner repertoire, the Extra Special Raspberry, Pistachio & Passionfruit Pavlova Wreath is sure to impress, and for the little ones, Asda has a tasty new line-up of Jingle the Reindeer treats – from a sumptuous Jingle Sponge Pudding to cheeky Chocolate Faces.
For shoppers planning the all-important party food ‘picky tea’, Asda has it all covered. Alongside its classic party food bites, the retailer has revealed the Fantastic Grazing Board and Charcuter-wreath, meaning there’s plenty of choices for customers looking to put on a show-stopping spread without breaking the bank.

This year in particular, we’ve seen a significant increase in online searches for Christmas products, from as early as mid-September.
“Shoppers can also make changes or additions to their basket up until 11pm the night before their delivery or collection, which we know is important for those ever-evolving Christmas plans to celebrate with family and friends.”
The minimum online spend at Asda is £40 for delivery and £25 for click and collect.
