An appeal for information has been launched following a reported dog attack in Herefordshire.
A post shared on the Ross-on-Wye Noticeboard by Emily said:
“My mum was attacked and bit by a dog down by the cricket ground this morning (Thursday) at around 9:45am, whilst pushing my little boy in the pram (who was thankfully unharmed).
“The owner did and said nothing whilst she was attacked and she was too shaken up to take much of a look at him.
“He was an older (possibly 60+) man in a grey/black rain coat with two dogs – one a grey Weimaraner and the one who bit her was a lighter/golden colour possible Weimaraner/cross.
“Does anyone know who this man could be or have any details we can pass on to the police.
“My mum was terrified and I would hate to think what would have happened if they’d have seen my boy under the raincover or if someone had been walking with an older child.
“The owners lack of complete regard or concern for her whilst walking off without saying a word is also concerning.”
