Officers are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision on the A465 in Howton around 5.15am this morning (Saturday 28 August).
The incident happened between Pontralis and Howton Farm when two vehicles have collided. The road between these two points is currently closed while officers, fire and rescue and medical teams attend the scene and there are injuries reported.
Please note that the road is likely to remain closed for several hours and therefore local delays are expected.
