An appeal has been launched following a number of mysterious incidents in Hereford.
A local resident has contacted Your Herefordshire with the following information following a number of incidents in the St James area of the city.
“Hi there.
“I wonder if you can post about this problem affecting the St James area?
“Does anyone know this man? Hampton Street. At approximately 1.20am on Friday 1st August.
“My plants have been cut numerous times recently so we purchased a door bell camera and managed to catch the person doing it.
“Others on my street have had things stolen recently and Christmas light repeatedly cut.
“I have small children who have been distraught over this as the plants are their summer project.
“It has been reported to the police, if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated!”
